Lewis Bell served as the general contractor for Carolina Horse Park’s (CHP) new James P. Baker Show Pavilion. The two-story structure includes a reception area, office space, spectator viewing and hospitality space, and an upstairs officials’ and announcers’ platform overlooking a show ring. The Carolina Horse Park describes the new building as “state-of-the-art space for our key constituents.
